1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with tracking, to customers worldwide.

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- Remote areas or customs clearance may occasionally add a few extra days.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you do not receive it, please contact service@verlaisie.com.

5. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address. Contact us within 48 hours of ordering if you need to change it; we cannot redirect packages that have already shipped.
